Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your MooGlow products as much as we love making them! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at contact@mooglow.co.nz with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right — either with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch

  • Unused items

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to cancel it and offer a full refund.
