Thank you for supporting MooGlow! Here’s everything you need to know about how we pack and deliver your order.

Processing Time

We handcraft our products in small batches and aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

New Zealand - Flat rate $5

• Orders are shipped via NZ Post or courier and usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. Stay tuned as we grow — international shipping may come soon!

Pick-Up (Tauranga Only)

Pick-up is available in Tauranga by arrangement. If you’d prefer to collect your order, just email us at contact@mooglow.co.nz and we’ll organise a time and location that suits.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@mooglow.co.nz with your order number. We’ll do our best to track it down.
